Treatment of bacterial infections of the gastrointestinal tract (e.g., diarrhea, dysentery caused by susceptible bacteria).
Treatment of infections caused by anaerobic bacteria and protozoa (e.g., certain types of vaginitis).
Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, preventing bacterial DNA replication and repair. Tinidazole interferes with the DNA of anaerobic bacteria and protozoa, leading to their death.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Typically taken orally with or without food.
Complete the entire course of medication as directed, even if symptoms improve, to prevent recurrence.
