Store thalidomide at room temperature, away from heat and moisture. Keep it in its original container. Do not store it in the bathroom or near a sink. Do not flush unused medications down the toilet. Dispose of it properly.

It is usually taken by mouth, once a day.

Children

Thalidomide is not recommended for children.
