Atorvastatin works by blocking an enzyme in the liver responsible for producing cholesterol. Telmisartan blocks the action of a hormone called angiotensin II, which narrows blood vessels. By working together, they reduce cholesterol levels and lower blood pressure, decreasing the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and other cardiovascular problems.

Store at room temperature, protected from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage and frequency will be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and medical history.

This medication is typically taken once daily, with or without food.

Do not crush, break, or chew the tablets.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

This medication is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Discuss your specific situation with your doctor.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children.



Kidney

Caution is advised in patients with kidney problems. Your doctor may adjust the dosage.



Liver

Caution is advised in patients with liver problems. Your doctor may adjust the dosage or monitor your liver function.
