Caffeine

Chlorpheniramine Maleate

Paracetamol

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that helps relieve nasal congestion by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as headache, fever, muscle aches, nasal congestion, sneezing, and runny nose.

Temporary relief of allergy symptoms.

This combination drug works by targeting multiple symptoms. Caffeine increases alertness. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine, reducing allergy symptoms. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
