Temoloz 250mg Capsule (Temozolomide) is an alkylating agent. It penetrates the blood-brain barrier and undergoes conversion to its active form, methyldiazonium, which alkylates DNA, thus preventing cancer cell replication and causing cell death.
Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.

Typically administered orally once daily for a specific number of days in a cycle, followed by a period without treatment.
