This medication works by combining three different mechanisms to lower blood pressure:

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage is determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and health condition.

Take this medication by mouth, with or without food, as directed by your doctor.

Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets.

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption, as it can increase the risk of side effects.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

This medication can cause dizziness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication is not recommended for pregnant women. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is not approved for use in children.



Kidney

If you have kidney problems, your doctor may need to adjust your dosage.



Liver

If you have liver problems, this medication may not be suitable for you.
