Hydrochlorothiazide: A thiazide diuretic that helps your body get rid of excess salt and water.

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), often in patients who haven't responded adequately to monotherapy.

May be used alone or in combination with other medications to control blood pressure.

Telmisartan blocks the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels, leading to lower blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide increases urine output, reducing blood volume and further lowering blood pressure. The combination provides a synergistic effect, resulting in more effective blood pressure control than either drug alone.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

Dosage is determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and response to treatment.

Typically taken once daily, with or without food.

Do not crush or chew the tablets; swallow them whole.

Alcohol Consumption

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication is generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor immediately if you become pregnant or plan to breastfeed.
