Cilnidipine

A calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.

Metoprolol Succinate

A beta-blocker that slows heart rate and reduces the force of heart contractions, lowering blood pressure.

Telmisartan

An angiotensin ii receptor blocker (arb) that blocks the effects of a hormone that narrows blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.

High blood pressure (hypertension) in adults when other medications haven't been effective or are not suitable.

May be used alone or in combination with other blood pressure medications.

May be prescribed to help prevent stroke, heart attack, and other heartrelated complications.

This combination medication works by relaxing blood vessels and lowering blood pressure through three different mechanisms:

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Dosage is determined by your doctor and depends on your individual health condition and response to treatment.

Take this medication as directed, usually once a day with or without food.

Do not skip doses, even if you feel better. Continue taking this medication even if you feel well.

It may take several weeks for you to feel the full benefits of this medication.

Common side effects include dizziness, lightheadedness, fatigue, headache, cough, swelling in ankles and feet, and diarrhea.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol may worsen the side effects of this medication, including dizziness and lightheadedness. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.



While Driving or operating Machinery

This medication can cause dizziness or lightheadedness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication is not recommended during pregnancy. It may harm an unborn baby. Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is not typically prescribed for children.



Kidney

Kidney problems may increase the risk of side effects. Tell your doctor if you have kidney problems.



Liver

Liver problems may affect how this medication works. Tell your doctor if you have liver problems.
