Tazarotene

Is a topical retinoid medication.

Treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris.

Treatment of plaque psoriasis.

Tazret Forte Cream 20gm (Tazarotene) is a topical retinoid that works by reducing inflammation and the production of excess skin cells. It also helps to unclog pores and prevent the formation of new pimples.

Store tazarotene at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Apply a thin layer of tazarotene to the affected area once daily, usually at bedtime.

Wash your hands thoroughly after applying tazarotene.

Skin irritation, redness, dryness, peeling, burning, stinging, itching.

Sun sensitivity.

Increased sensitivity to sunlight.

Skin discoloration.

While Driving or operating Machinery

May cause drowsiness or dizziness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Tazarotene should not be used during pregnancy unless the potential benefits outweigh the risks. It is not known if tazarotene passes into breast milk, so it is best to avoid breastfeeding while using this medication.



Children

Tazarotene is not recommended for children under the age of 12.
