Erlotinib

Hydrochloride is the active ingredient.

Treatment of locally advanced or metastatic nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations.

Treatment of metastatic NSCLC after failure of at least one prior chemotherapy regimen in patients with EGFR mutations.

Tarlot 150 Tablet (Erlotinib) is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that selectively blocks the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling pathway. This inhibits the growth and proliferation of cancer cells that depend on EGFR activation.

Store at room temperature (20-25°C), away from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.

The specific dosage and frequency of administration will be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and response to treatment.

It is typically taken orally, once daily, with or without food.

Alcohol Consumption

Consult your doctor about alcohol consumption while taking erlotinib.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Erlotinib may cause fatigue and dizziness. Avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Erlotinib is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor immediately if you become pregnant or are breastfeeding.



Children

Erlotinib is not approved for use in children.



Kidney

Patients with severe kidney impairment may require dose adjustment. Renal function should be monitored.



Liver

Patients with severe liver impairment may require dose adjustment. Liver function should be monitored.
