An alpha-1 adrenergic receptor blocker that relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, improving urine flow.

Tolterodine

An antimuscarinic agent that reduces bladder spasms and decreases the urge to urinate frequently.

Treatment of symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), such as difficulty urinating, weak urine stream, and frequent urination.

Treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms, such as urinary urgency, frequency, and urge incontinence.

Tamsulosin relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, improving urine flow. Tolterodine reduces bladder spasms by blocking the action of acetylcholine on muscarinic receptors in the bladder, decreasing urinary urgency and frequency.

Store at room temperature away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.
