Drotaverine

A muscle relaxant that relieves spasms in the smooth muscles of the body, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract.

Mefenamic Acid

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Treatment of moderate to severe pain, especially menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea).

Relief of pain associated with various conditions such as headaches, toothaches, and musculoskeletal pain.

Treatment of abdominal cramps and spasms.

Drotaverine works by inhibiting the action of phosphodiesterase, leading to smooth muscle relaxation. Mefenamic acid inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.

Always follow your doctor's instructions. The typical dosage is usually one or two tablets, several times a day, as needed for pain.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water.
