Reduction of fever (antipyretic effect).
Suppol Baby Suppository (Paracetamol) reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus region of the brain, which helps regulate body temperature. Its pain-relieving effect is thought to be due to its inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system, although the exact mechanism is not fully understood.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any medication that is past its expiry date.

For adults, a typical dose is 500mg to 1000mg every 4-6 hours, as needed, not to exceed 4000mg in 24 hours.
