Nimesulide

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol

An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces fever and mild to moderate pain.

Tizanidine

A muscle relaxant that relieves muscle spasms and stiffness.

Nimesulide inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis and inflammation. Paracetamol's exact mechanism is not fully understood but is believed to involve inhibition of cyclooxygenase in the central nervous system. Tizanidine acts centrally on alpha-2 adrenergic receptors in the spinal cord, reducing muscle spasms.
