Drotaverine: A muscle relaxant that works by blocking the action of a chemical called calcium in the body, which helps to relax smooth muscles, particularly those in the gastrointestinal tract.

Diclofenac: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and swelling by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the body that cause pain and inflammation.

Painful spasms in the gastrointestinal tract, such as those associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), dysmenorrhea (painful periods), and biliary colic.

Pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal conditions, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.

Pain after surgery or injury.

Dental pain.

Drotaverine relaxes smooth muscle in the gastrointestinal tract, reducing spasms and relieving pain. Diclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals involved in the inflammatory process.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight.

The dosage of Drotaverine + Diclofenac will vary depending on the condition being treated and the individual patient's needs. It is important to follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

The usual adult dose is 1-2 tablets, 3-4 times daily. Tablets should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.

The medication should be taken with food to minimize stomach upset.

Common side effects include stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, and drowsiness.

Serious side effects, although rare, can include gastrointestinal bleeding, heart attack, stroke, and liver damage.

Allergic reactions, such as rash, itching, and swelling, may also occur.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption may increase the risk of side effects, particularly gastrointestinal bleeding.



While Driving or operating Machinery

This medication may cause dizziness and drowsiness. It is important to avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless the benefits outweigh the potential risks.



Children

This medication is not recommended for use in children.



Kidney

Patients with kidney problems may need to adjust the dosage of this medication.

Patients with liver problems may need to adjust the dosage of this medication.
