Sr Fil Enema Rectal Susp 60ml (Sucralfate) works by forming a protective barrier over ulcers in the stomach and duodenum. This barrier protects the ulcer from further damage by stomach acid and pepsin. It doesn't directly reduce acid production but acts as a physical shield.
