Ambroxol

A mucolytic medication that thins mucus, making it easier to cough up.

Guaifenesin

An expectorant that helps to loosen and thin mucus.

Relief of symptoms associated with acute and chronic bronchitis, including cough, phlegm production, and shortness of breath.

Treatment of chest congestion caused by colds, flu, or other respiratory infections.

This combination medication works by thinning mucus, making it easier to cough up, and by relaxing the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe. Ambroxol thins mucus by stimulating the production of surfactant, a substance that helps to keep the airways moist. Guaifenesin loosens and thins mucus by increasing the volume of fluid in the airways. Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles in the airways by stimulating beta-2 receptors, which are located in the smooth muscle of the airways.

Store at room temperature, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The dosage of this medication will vary depending on your age, weight, and the severity of your symptoms. Always follow the directions on the label or as prescribed by your doctor.

For oral use only. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Take this medication with a full glass of water.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication should only be used during pregnancy if the potential benefits outweigh the risks. It is not recommended for use during breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is not recommended for use in children under the age of 6 years.



Kidney

This medication should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease.



Liver

This medication should be used with caution in patients with liver disease.
