Both Spirodin Ab Tab (Doxofylline + Acebrophylline) are theophylline derivatives. They work by relaxing the smooth muscles in the airways, widening the airways and making breathing easier. They achieve this by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase, which leads to an increase in cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels. This increased cAMP level is responsible for the relaxation of the airway muscles.
Store at room temperature, away from heat and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Dosage should be determined by your doctor based on your age, weight, and severity of your condition.
The medication is typically taken by mouth, usually twice a day.
