Mefenamic Acid

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that works by reducing pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, menstrual cramps, and toothaches.

Reduction of fever.

Mefenamic acid inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol's exact mechanism is not fully understood, but it's believed to primarily act on the central nervous system to reduce pain and fever.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
