Eradication of H. pylori infection in patients with peptic ulcer disease (PUD).
This drug combination works in three ways: 1. Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin: They kill bacteria by interfering with their ability to build cell walls, ultimately leading to bacterial death. 2. Esomeprazole: It blocks the production of stomach acid, creating a favorable environment for the antibiotics to work effectively and heal ulcers.
Store this medication at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Usually taken twice a day with a glass of water.
It's important to finish the entire course of medication, even if you start feeling better, to ensure the bacteria are completely eradicated.
