Solet 40mg Tab (Sotalol) works by slowing down the heartbeat and making the heart beat more regularly. It also blocks the effects of adrenaline, a hormone that speeds up the heart. It is classified as a beta-blocker.

Store sotalol at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children.
