Loratadine

An antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine, a chemical released by the body during allergic reactions.

Paracetamol

A pain reliever and fever reducer that works by reducing the production of certain chemicals in the body that cause pain and fever.

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that helps to shrink the blood vessels in the nose, reducing nasal congestion.

Relief of symptoms associated with allergies such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and nasal congestion.

Relief of mild to moderate pain.

Relief of fever.

This combination medication works by addressing different aspects of allergy and cold symptoms:

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet every 24 hours as needed.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Take with a full glass of water.

This medication may be taken with or without food.

Difficulty urinating

Alcohol Consumption

May increase drowsiness. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

May cause drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Talk to your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

Not recommended for children under 12 years old.



Kidney

Caution is advised in patients with kidney disease.



Liver

Caution is advised in patients with liver disease.
