Cetirizine

Paracetamol

Phenylephrine

Cetirizine blocks histamine receptors, reducing allergy symptoms. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain through a mechanism not fully understood, possibly involving inhibition of cyclooxygenase enzymes in the central nervous system. Phenylephrine acts as a sympathomimetic, stimulating alpha-adrenergic receptors in the nasal blood vessels to cause vasoconstriction, reducing congestion.
