Hydroquinone

A skin-lightening agent that inhibits the production of melanin, the pigment responsible for skin color.

Mometasone

A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and redness in the skin.

Tretinoin

A retinoid that helps to exfoliate the skin, increase collagen production, and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and blemishes.

Improvement of skin texture and tone

This combination medication works by reducing the production of melanin (hydroquinone), reducing inflammation and redness (mometasone), and promoting skin cell turnover (tretinoin). This leads to a lightening of the skin, improvement in skin texture, and reduction in blemishes.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children.

Apply a thin layer of cream or lotion to the affected areas once or twice daily, as directed by your doctor.

Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the medication to avoid accidentally getting it in your eyes or mouth.

Do not use more than the recommended amount or for longer than prescribed.
