Singtrypt 5 Tablet (Amitriptyline) is a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA). It works primarily by blocking the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain, increasing their levels and improving mood, sleep, and pain perception. The exact mechanism for pain relief is not fully understood but is believed to involve these neurotransmitter effects.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

It's typically started at a low dose and gradually increased.
