Cetirizine

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving nasal congestion.

Zinc Gluconate

A form of zinc, a mineral that may help support immune function and reduce the duration of cold symptoms. the evidence for this benefit in the context of a common cold is not definitive.

Allergic rhinitis (hay fever) symptom relief.
