Domperidone

An antiemetic (prevents vomiting) that works by increasing the movement of the stomach and decreasing the signal that triggers vomiting.

Magaldrate

An antacid that neutralizes stomach acid, providing relief from heartburn, indigestion, and stomach upset.

Simethicone

An antiflatulent (reduces gas) that helps to break up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, easing bloating and discomfort.

Relief of symptoms associated with indigestion, heartburn, and stomach upset.

Treatment of nausea and vomiting, particularly when caused by gastrointestinal disorders or medications.

This medication combines three active ingredients to address different aspects of digestive discomfort: Domperidone: Blocks dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) of the brain, reducing the feeling of nausea and vomiting. It also increases the movement of the stomach, helping food move through the digestive system more efficiently. Magaldrate: Neutralizes stomach acid by reacting with it to form a less acidic salt. This reduces heartburn, indigestion, and stomach pain. Simethicone: Breaks up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, reducing bloating, discomfort, and flatulence.

Store this medication in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.

The usual dose for adults is one or two tablets taken as needed, up to four times a day.

For children, dosage may vary depending on age and weight. Consult with your doctor for appropriate dosage.

Swallow tablets whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush the tablets.

Rare side effects include: allergic reactions, breast enlargement, irregular heartbeat.

Common side effects include: headache, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, constipation.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol may increase the risk of side effects. Consult with your doctor.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Drowsiness may occur. Avoid driving or operating machinery if you experience this side effect.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult with your doctor before taking this medication during pregnancy or breastfeeding.



Children

Kidney

This medication is not recommended for people with severe kidney disease.



Liver
