Sicriptin 5mg Tab (Bromocriptine) is a dopamine agonist. It works by stimulating dopamine receptors in the brain, thereby inhibiting the release of prolactin and influencing other neurohormonal pathways relevant to Parkinson's disease and acromegaly.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage varies greatly depending on the condition being treated and individual patient response. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol can exacerbate the side effects of bromocriptine, particularly dizziness and hypotension. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Bromocriptine can cause drowsiness, dizziness, and impaired coordination. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Bromocriptine is generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor immediately if you become pregnant or are planning to breastfeed while taking this medication.



Children

The use of bromocriptine in children is limited and typically only considered for specific conditions under close medical supervision.



Kidney
