Treatment of hypotrichosis (eyelash hypotrichosis).

Senzopt Eye Drops 3ml (Bimatoprost) is a prostaglandin analog. It lowers intraocular pressure (IOP) by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor through the trabecular meshwork and uveoscleral pathway. For eyelash hypotrichosis, it stimulates the growth phase of eyelashes.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C). Protect from light and moisture. Discard any unused portion after the expiration date.

For glaucoma and ocular hypertension: One drop in the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening.

For eyelash hypotrichosis: Apply a thin line of solution to the base of the upper eyelashes once daily in the evening.

Changes in eyelash and/or eyebrow color and thickness (darkening, lengthening, thickening)

Eye irritation (burning, stinging, itching)

Alcohol Consumption

No specific warnings regarding alcohol consumption, but excessive alcohol use should generally be avoided.



Driving or operating Machinery

May cause blurred vision temporarily after administration. Avoid driving or operating machinery until vision is clear.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding should only be considered if the potential benefits outweigh the potential risks. Consult your doctor.



Children

Safety and efficacy in children have not been established.



Kidney

No specific dosage adjustments are usually needed for patients with mild to moderate renal impairment. Consult your doctor for severe renal impairment.



Liver

No specific dosage adjustments are usually needed for patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment. Consult your doctor for severe hepatic impairment.
