This drug formulation works by combining the actions of its ingredients: Chlorhexidine gluconate disrupts bacterial cell membranes, killing bacteria and preventing their growth. Sodium fluoride strengthens tooth enamel, making it more resistant to decay. Zinc chloride has astringent properties that help reduce inflammation and promote healing.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Use as directed by your dentist or physician.

Typically, the medication is applied to the gums and teeth twice daily.
