Sensodyne Herbal Multi Care 70gm (Lercanidipine) is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. It works by relaxing blood vessels, which lowers blood pressure. Specifically, it inhibits the influx of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle cells, leading to vasodilation and a decrease in peripheral resistance.
