Cetirizine

Phenylephrine

Menthol

A cooling agent that provides a soothing effect and may help to open up nasal passages.

Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide

An antitussive (cough suppressant) that works by affecting the part of the brain that triggers coughing.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold, such as sneezing, runny nose, congestion, and cough.

May be used for allergic rhinitis (hay fever) symptoms like sneezing, itching, and watery eyes.

This combination medication works by targeting different aspects of cold and allergy symptoms: Cetirizine blocks histamine, Phenylephrine reduces nasal congestion, Menthol provides a cooling sensation, and Dextromethorphan suppresses coughing.

Store at room temperature, away from heat and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Follow the instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.

Adults and children 12 years and older: Take one to two tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed, not to exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Children under 12 years: Consult a doctor before administering this medication to children.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Children

Consult a doctor before giving this medication to children under 12 years of age. It is not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
