Benidipine

A calcium channel blocker that helps relax blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.

Telmisartan

An angiotensin ii receptor blocker (arb) that helps relax blood vessels and lower blood pressure.

Chlorthalidone

A diuretic (water pill) that helps your body get rid of excess salt and water, lowering blood pressure.

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)

May be used when other blood pressure medications haven't been effective enough.

This combination medication works by targeting multiple aspects of high blood pressure. Benidipine relaxes blood vessels directly. Telmisartan blocks the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels. Chlorthalidone increases urine production, reducing blood volume and pressure.
