Aceclofenac

Paracetamol

An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces pain and fever.

Tramadol

An opioid analgesic that relieves moderate to severe pain by affecting the central nervous system.

Management of moderate to severe pain, particularly postsurgical or post-traumatic pain.

Treatment of acute musculoskeletal pain, such as back pain, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis (when used as directed by a healthcare professional).

Aceclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins, which contribute to pain and inflammation. Paracetamol's exact mechanism is not fully understood but it's believed to act on central pathways in the brain to reduce fever and pain. Tramadol binds to opioid receptors in the central nervous system, reducing pain perception.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
