Ambroxol increases the production of surfactant in the lungs, aiding in mucus clearance. Guaifenesin reduces the stickiness of mucus, making it easier to cough up. Levosalbutamol relaxes bronchial smooth muscles, improving airflow and reducing airway constriction.
