Clobetasol propionate, a potent corticosteroid, suppresses inflammation by binding to intracellular glucocorticoid receptors, inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators. Salicylic acid, a keratolytic, works by breaking down the bonds between skin cells, helping to remove scales and plaques, facilitating penetration of the corticosteroid and improving skin texture.
Store at room temperature (20-25°C) away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Apply a thin film to the affected area once or twice daily as directed by your doctor.
Do not apply to large areas of the body.
Duration of treatment should be as short as possible and determined by your doctor.
