Salmeterol: A long-acting beta2-agonist (LABA) bronchodilator. It relaxes the muscles around the airways in the lungs, making breathing easier.

Fluticasone Propionate: An inhaled corticosteroid (ICS). It reduces inflammation in the airways, preventing symptoms like wheezing and shortness of breath.

Maintenance treatment of asthma in patients 4 years of age and older.

Prevention of symptoms in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) including chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

Salmeterol works by binding to beta2-adrenergic receptors in the lungs, leading to bronchodilation. Fluticasone propionate reduces airway inflammation by suppressing the activity of inflammatory cells and reducing the production of inflammatory mediators.

Store at room temperature, between 68°F and 77°F (20°C and 25°C). Protect from moisture and extreme temperatures. Discard the inhaler after the expiration date.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual patient needs and response to therapy.
