Levosalbutamol stimulates beta-2 receptors in the lungs, leading to smooth muscle relaxation and bronchodilation. Ipratropium blocks muscarinic receptors in the airways, preventing bronchoconstriction. The combination provides a synergistic bronchodilating effect, offering greater relief than either drug alone.
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Protect from freezing. Discard any unused portion after the expiry date.
