Ipratropium Bromide

A type of anticholinergic medication that works by relaxing the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe.

Treatment of reversible bronchospasm associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

Treatment of bronchospasm in asthma.

This combination medication works by relaxing the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe. Ipratropium bromide is an anticholinergic that blocks the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that causes airway constriction. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that stimulates beta-2 receptors in the lungs, which relaxes the airway muscles.

Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The usual dose for adults is 2.5 ml inhaled via nebulizer every 12 hours.

The dosage may vary depending on the individual's needs and the severity of their condition. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

Children

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Caution is advised in patients with kidney disease.
