Salbair I 30s Trans Cap (Levosalbutamol + Ipratropium) work together to open up the airways by relaxing the muscles around the bronchi. Levosalbutamol acts on beta-2 receptors in the lungs, causing relaxation of smooth muscle, while ipratropium blocks the action of acetylcholine, which is responsible for constricting the airways.
