Ambroxol

Is a mucolytic agent, which means it helps to thin and loosen mucus in the respiratory tract.

Treatment of acute and chronic bronchitis.

Treatment of bronchiectasis.

Treatment of cystic fibrosis.

Relief of symptoms associated with respiratory tract infections, such as cough and phlegm.

Treatment of bronchospasm (wheezing) in patients with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Ambroxol works by increasing the production of surfactant, a substance that helps to keep the alveoli (air sacs in the lungs) open and prevent them from collapsing. Salbutamol works by relaxing the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe. This helps to open up the airways and reduce the symptoms of wheezing and shortness of breath.

Store the medication at room temperature, between 15°C and 25°C (59°F and 77°F), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the medication out of reach of children and pets.

The dosage of Ambroxol + Salbutamol /5ml will vary depending on the age and weight of the patient, the severity of the condition, and other factors. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.

The medication is usually taken by mouth, with or without food.

For children, the medication may be administered in a single dose or divided into smaller doses, depending on the severity of the condition.
