Sagprax 0.25mg Tab (Clonazepam) is a benzodiazepine that enhances the inhibitory effects of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the central nervous system. GABA is a neurotransmitter that reduces neuronal excitability. By increasing GABA's effects, clonazepam reduces nerve impulses, leading to its anti-seizure, anxiolytic (anxiety-reducing), and sedative effects.
Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication as directed by your pharmacist.
Dosage is determined by your doctor based on your condition, age, and response to treatment.
Dosage should be gradually increased or decreased as directed by your physician. Abrupt discontinuation should be avoided.
Taken orally, typically once or twice daily.
Do not crush, chew, or break extended-release tablets.
