Safexim O Tab (Cefixime + Ofloxacin) work by killing bacteria that cause infections. They do this by interfering with the bacteria's ability to make essential proteins needed for survival.

Store the medicine in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Discard any unused medicine after the expiry date.

It is important to take the medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Do not stop taking the medicine before completing the full course of treatment, even if you start to feel better.
