Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold or flu, specifically chest congestion.
This combination medication works synergistically. Ambroxol and guaifenesin thin and loosen mucus, making it easier to cough up. Salbutamol opens up the airways, improving breathing. Menthol provides a soothing effect on irritated throat tissues.
Store at room temperature (below 25°C), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

The typical dosage for adults is usually 5ml every 4-6 hours as needed.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
