About Sacuheart 49mg/51mg Tablet
Sacubitril/Valsartan is a combination medicine used to treat heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. It works by improving the heart's ability to pump blood. Common side effects include low blood pressure, high potassium levels, and cough. It's crucial to inform your doctor about all pre-existing conditions and medications before starting this treatment.
Ingredients of Sacuheart 49mg/51mg Tablet

    Sacubitril

A neprilysin inhibitor, which prevents the breakdown of natriuretic peptides.

    Valsartan

An angiotensin ii receptor blocker (arb), which blocks the effects of angiotensin ii.

Direction for Use of Sacuheart 49mg/51mg Tablet

Treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) in adult patients.

How Sacuheart 49mg/51mg Tablet Works

Sacubitril inhibits neprilysin, an enzyme that breaks down natriuretic peptides (like BNP and ANP), which help to lower blood pressure and reduce strain on the heart. Valsartan blocks the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that raises blood pressure and increases cardiac workload. The combination leads to improved heart function and reduced mortality risk in patients with HFrEF.
