Omeprazole

Simethicone

An anti-foaming agent that helps to relieve gas and bloating.

Treatment of dyspepsia (indigestion) characterized by symptoms such as bloating, fullness, and discomfort.

Management of symptoms associated with functional dyspepsia.

Omeprazole inhibits the production of stomach acid by blocking the proton pump in the parietal cells of the stomach lining. Domperidone increases the motility of the stomach and upper intestines to facilitate food passage and reduce bloating. Simethicone breaks down gas bubbles in the digestive tract, reducing gas and bloating.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take the medication as prescribed, usually once or twice daily, with or without food.

Children

Kidney

May need dosage adjustment in patients with impaired kidney function.
