This combination medication works by reducing pain, inflammation, and muscle spasms. Diclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by acting on the central nervous system. Methocarbamol relaxes muscles by affecting the central nervous system.
