Revize Cream 20gm (Tretinoin) works by increasing skin cell turnover and reducing the formation of comedones (blackheads and whiteheads). It also helps to reduce inflammation and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Store tretinoin at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Apply a thin layer of tretinoin cream, gel, or lotion to the affected area once daily, usually at bedtime.
The specific dosage and frequency of application will be determined by your doctor.
Wash your hands thoroughly after applying tretinoin.
Redness, dryness, peeling, and irritation of the skin.
Sun sensitivity.
Burning, stinging, or itching.
Increased skin pigmentation (darkening).
Rarely, allergic reactions.
Avoid excessive alcohol consumption as it can worsen skin irritation.
Tretinoin is not known to impair alertness or coordination.
Tretinoin is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless the potential benefits outweigh the risks. Talk to your doctor.

No specific precautions are required for patients with kidney disease.
