Losartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that blocks the effects of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture.

Dosage is determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and medical history.

This medicine is usually taken once a day, with or without food.

It is important to take this medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medicine should not be taken during pregnancy, as it can harm the developing baby. It may also pass into breast milk and affect a nursing infant. Talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits before taking this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
