Reride 400mg Tablet Sr (Amisulpride) is a dopamine D2 and D3 receptor antagonist. It selectively blocks dopamine D2 receptors in the mesolimbic pathway (associated with positive symptoms) and has a lower affinity for D2 receptors in the nigrostriatal pathway (reducing the risk of extrapyramidal side effects). Its action on D3 receptors may contribute to its efficacy in treating negative symptoms.
